GROUP FITNESS CLASSES:
LuFIT STRONG - HIIT Core & Glute:
The class is designed for intermediate athletes who are enthusiastic to raise heart rate and build muscle endurance and strength. In the structure of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to increase the cardiovascular endurance and maximal calorie burn, participants execute maximal muscle building exercises and functional movement drills. Strong core and hips are the foundation of executing formidable functional movements.
LuFIT STRONG Intro:
This is the class for people who have not exercised a while and not sure what to start. The class introduces basic body movement patterns, joint stability and mobility, muscle activation workouts, and stretch techniques. All participants are required to make an appointment for initial consultation for fitness evaluation and exercise goal setting.
LuFIT WOMEN PROGRAM:
Women whose life is immensely influenced by hormone balance. Women go through pregnancy, pre-menopause, per-menopause, and post-menopause stages in life. Exercising is an inseparable activity for a healthy life through these stages. Nutrient balance has to be modified accordingly. Lots of studies show that weight loss approaches which lack an individualized program do not show as much as progress hoped for. Our individualized program “LF Fit Women” is implemented with (1) Initial counseling, (2) Body Composition Analysis, (3) Daily Nutrient Count Tracking with mobile app, and (4) Exercise, and with ongoing personalized support, achieves far better results.
LuFIT BB FIT PROGRAM:
The Baby Boomers and Older Adults, mostly baby boomers born between 1946 and 1964 about 74 million in all, making up 24% of the total US population. These are the folks who are starting to experience one or two medical problems or conditions. Our program is aimed to avoiding these first impacts of aging, and slowing the overall aging process by maintaining fitness. “LF BB Fit” exercise program includes nutrition advice and “D-Stress” Qigong (Ancient Chinese Medical Exercise) to achieve these results.
SPARTAN SGX at LuFIT 12 Weeks:
This is structured in a linear Periodization exercise model to maximize the athleticism development. The class meets three times a week for 12 weeks which is divided into three mesocycles; Function, Fitness, and Performance. Spartan SGX® is a brand of group exercise program and is coordinated by a certified SGX coach. The class definitely builds strength and increase endurance to be ready for any competitive events. The Spartan SGX philosophy is “Building better Humans”, who are focused on personal improvement physically, emotionally, and mentally, aimed at living life without compromise.
